Emile Wolff has over 30 years experience in the process industries. Since February 2008, he owns his own consultancy firm, focusing on business advice in the process and energy industry. His focus areas of expertise are:

Operational Performance Improvement programs

Innovation management

Post merger/acquisition

Project/Programme management

After studying Aerospace, Emile majored in Industrial Engineering (1977) at the Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands.

 

Prior to being self-employed, Emile worked for PA Consulting Group where he managed a large number of consultancy projects in the energy, oil, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Ranging from program/project management, planning/scheduling, operations, maintenance and manufacturing to product development and innovation.

He has worked on projects in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Abu Dhabi, Brazil and the USA.

 

Prior to his years in consultancy, he worked over

15 years for Shell International Petroleum Company in their Refinery-, LNG, Gas- and Chemicals businesses where, taking on various roles, he built up a detailed knowledge of the process and equipment industries. He has served as a Board Member of the Dutch Royal Institute of Engineers and recently chaired a number of symposium discussions on energy matters (wind, nuclear, and the smart energy mix).
