Emile Wolff has over 30 years experience in the process industries. Since retiring from PA Consulting Group in February 2008, he makes his knowledge and experience available in the form of business advice, . His focus areas of expertise are primarily in the process and energy industry and include:

▪ Post merger/acquisition

▪ Project/Programme management

After studying Aerospace, Emile majored in Industrial Engineering (1977) at the Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands.

 

Emile worked for PA Consulting Group for 16 years, where he managed a large number of consultancy projects in the energy, oil, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. Ranging from program/project management, planning/scheduling, operations, maintenance and manufacturing to product development and innovation.

He has worked on projects in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Abu Dhabi, Brazil and the USA.

 

Prior to his years in consultancy, he worked

15 years for Shell International Petroleum Company in their Refinery-, LNG, Gas- and Chemicals businesses where, taking on various roles, he built up a detailed knowledge of the process and equipment industries. He has served as a Board Member of the Dutch Royal Institute of Engineers and has chaired a number of symposium discussions on energy matters (wind, nuclear, and the smart energy mix).

 

He joined the ‘Raad van Advies’ of DENF as a member mid 2009. And gives a lecture and a workshop on shift work and works councils respectively to students Industrial Engineering at the TU-Delft 3ME since 2008.
